Deadlines are fun and tiring at the same time.

It is 2:35 while I write this, working on one of the papers that I have to submit the manuscript by 16th of June to the HyperAgents 2025 workshop. The organizing committe said that they might increase the deadline by 2 weeks but I wish to finish it by the 16th.

After that, I have another deadline for a Journal Paper 5 days later around the 21st of June. The paper is mostly done apart from the fact that I have to review the comments made by my co-authors. Deadines help me focus on things and mak me get it done. Once both of them are out, I will relax a bit but not too much as I need to makeup for the time I lost in the beginning of my PhD due to my unproductivity and a general lack of knowledge/confidence/focus in the subject. I am really grateful that I am able to overcome my shortcomings which I had but there is still some work to do.

I will end the microblog with a quote

Quote

Do not be surprised if you fall every day and do not surrender. Stand your ground bravely. And you may be sure that your guardian angel will respect your endurance. A fresh, warm wound is easier to heal than those that are old, neglected, and festering, and that need extensive treatment, surgery, bandaging, and cauterization.”
